Privacy

Privacy Policy

We keep your data to a minimum. This page explains what we collect and why.

Quote requests

When you send a request through our form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, product or reference links, your message, your budget and deadline, and any files you attach. We use them only to answer your request and to work with you if you hire us. We do not sell or share them for advertising. Requests are stored securely in our website and emailed to our team, and we delete them when they are no longer needed for the project or when you ask us to.

Spam protection

To stop automated spam, the form stores a one-way (hashed) version of your IP address together with a time stamp. It cannot be turned back into your IP address.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and we do not track you across websites. Your browser stores two small settings on your own device: your light/dark colour choice and your sound on/off choice for the videos. Fonts are served from our own website, not from third parties.

Third parties

The website is hosted by Hostinger. If you tap the WhatsApp button, or one of our social icons, you leave this site and the privacy policy of that service applies. Our sample videos are hosted on this website.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by emailing sharksecom@gmail.com. We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version is always on this page.
